ANSWER- fiber is very important for our digestive health.Fiber helps in regular or proper bowel movements. It helps to feel full for longer time. It helps in improving the cholesterol and blood sugar level in our body.It helps to prevent from heart disease , diabetes and many bowel diseases.

Difference between soluble and insoluble fiber -

Soluble fiber dissolves in water and helps to absorb important nutrient from food in our body. Insoluble fiber stays in fibrous form , helps food pass through the digestive system and add bulk to stool.

someone with a risk of heart disease might want to increase their fiber intake because fiber helps in to reduce both cholestrol level and blood pressure
