Health disparities are otherwise called health inequalities that occur in the field of health care that can occur on the basis of access to health care across different, race, ethnic and socio-economic group.

Health disparities can be seen as population-specific differences in the presence of disease, health outcomes, or access to health care.

Health disparities are a well-known problem among ethnic minorities.

Cultural tailoring is very important in the health care field where there is a development of interventions, training practices and materials to conform to special characteristics.

* Although culture is a group, individuals within that group may vary due to:

*Individual perceptions of their own culture

*someone identifies with their culture

*specific cultural values important to them

Cultural tailoring is very important in the health care field to avoid health disparities .and all will have to avoid the health disparities among the individual or group

To better access health care to all, we should avoid all the discrepancies towards the population.

*The health care to the minority are still challenging and competitive where the health disparities are still going own.

Here the case is an Uninsured-ED and he/she needs to access the care . in the waiting room To better meet health care needs in the waiting room where we can apply the improved cultural behavior (Cultural tailoring) where all patients are considered equally instead of their status as insured or non-insured we have to meet the demands or needs of the patient for a better outcome.
