TO CALCULATE ml/hour from mcg/kg/min, the formula is

ml/hour = DOSE(mcg/kg/hr)X body weight in kgX drug volume in ml divided by drug concentration in mcg.

a) DOSE = 11 mcg/kg/hour b) BODY WEIGHT = 68kg c) DRUG CONCENTRATION = 20.9 x 1000 = 20900 d) DRUG VOLUME = 125ml.

ml/hour = 11 x 68 x 125 divided by 20900 = 4.47

Therefore, the drip rate should be set at the rate of 4ml/hour.
