It is it is based on the communicable disease and useful and showing the interaction and interdependence of agent host environment and time as used in investigation of disease and epidemics the agent is the cause of disease the host is an organism usually human or animal that harbours the disease the environment is thoses surrounding and condition external to human or animal that cause or allow disease transmission and time account for incubation period life expectancy of host or pathogen and duration of course of illness or condition.
