Cdc is center for diseases control and prevention it's aim is to control diseases and health of population. There is an epidemiological triad consist of agent environment and host . It is it is based on the communicable disease and useful and showing the interaction and interdependence of agent host environment and time as used in investigation of disease and epidemics the agent is the cause of disease the host is an organism usually human or animal that harbours the disease the environment is thoses surrounding and condition external to human or animal that cause or allow disease transmission and time account for incubation period life expectancy of host or pathogen and duration of course of illness or condition.

advanced model of the triangle of epidemiology include causation factor group or population and their characteristics and environment behaviour culture physiological factors ecological and elements.this epidemiological concept of permit the inclusion of treatment as one of the mode of intervention there are level of prevention first primordial prevention second primary prevention third secondary prevention fourth tertiary prevention.

primordial prevention is that prevention of the emergence or development of risk factor in country or population group as they have not yet appeared.primary prevention is defined as action taken prior to the onset of disease which remove the possibility that a disease will ever occur.secondary prevention is defined as action which hold the progress of disease at its incipient stage and prevent complication.tertiary prevention is defined as the disease progress has advanced beyond its early stage and is still to accomplish prevention by what might be called tertiary prevention it signifies intervention in the late pathogenesis phase.intervention can be defined as any attempt to intervene or interrupt the usual sequence in development of disease in month we can done it by health promotion ,specific protection ,early diagnosis and treatment disability limitation and rehabilitation.
