2- folate deficiency cause Megaloblastic Anemia

3- during pregnancy tablet folic acid advice to make blood cells and for fetus growth.folic acid prevent the risk of neural tube defect in fetus.Neural tube defect is a congenital malformation that affects the baby's spinal cord ,brain and skull.
