Yes my organization does waste salary resources.
I have been working in this startup from last 4 months and company treats the watse water of industries. Since it is a startup it only had four employees in the beginning and to be frank it doesn't even require more than that but inorder to get tax returns, company has to be listed under the companies having more than 7 employees. So, company has appointed two bachelor's candidate but the thing is company and the boss don't give any work to these 3 guys. Their job is to come and sit for 8 hours and go home.
