with the support of national assistance by Medicaid and with social
services block grant programs.medicare will not cover assisted
living facility cost. This service only for residents who met the
state criteria for nursing home care.
Assisted living facility older adults need help for their daily
activities, it is a residential type facility. Our facility's
social aspects include community environment and social and
recreational activities to avoid isolation and depression for older
adults. the facility includes Older adults with a lot of
disabilities like memory loss, limited mon=bility and physically
challenged, confusion, depression. HIPAA rules and regulations
followed in our assisted living facility that ensures the PHI. our
facility provides daily care for residents including dining
program, educational activity, exercise, help with mediation,
housekeeping, 24 hours supervision, security, and on-call staffs,
etc.
