Answer: The cialis i.e Tadalafil belongs to the class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. Some of the other examples of this class drugs are sildenafil (Viagra) and vardenafil (Levitra).

The main use of this drug is to treat impotency or erectile dysfunction in males.

Depending upon the severity and need physician prescribed medicine. This comes in dosage of 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. There are common side effects such as a headache, dizziness, fatigue etc.

It is highly not recommended during and after pregnancy as it passes into breast milk.
