Pharmacology is a branch of science that deals with the study of drugs and the interaction within the body. It includes the physical and chemical composition of drugs, action of drugs, uses and the effects of the drug.
Pharmacognosy is a branch of medicine that deals with the study of the origin of drugs. It is the study of natural forms of the drugs before it processed into drugs (i.e unrefined form). The study of the plants and organism that used for medicinal purposes.
