To the professionals who to not know Kip, profile (1) comes off to that of a very self-oriented person who doesn't have much priority to his career in life. Also the kind of posts he make shows that he has no respect for other professionals too. His choice of pages indicate too that he is not a very stable person as far as career is concerned and he likes keep changing jobs.  Also, it forms a bad impression of him due to his excessive content choice for violent and vulgar movies and games and no other genre to balance it up.

Profile (2) seems to be soothing and more of a relaxed individual who maintains a work-life balance and is friendly in nature. Also his regular posts regarding his career shows that he is very updated in his area of expertise and also bond well with his colleagues over that.

B.

To the colleagues who know Kip, (1) seems to be very rude and disrespectful towards other people forming a bad impression of him. His happiness in learning new games and being out of the town but no professional post at all may indicate that he doesn't like his job. His activity of liking "Changing careers" is more of an indicator too of his instability in job.

From profile (2), his image remains to be of a healthy, young and friendly individual. He appears to be having complete job satisfaction, not being stressed with his work and enjoying his personal life too. Yet at the same time he doesn't consider his job something of a less and keep learning new ways to make it better.

C.

To family and friends, (1) seems to be more revealing of his personal life and his attitude of not respecting his partner and the relation they share by terming relationship status as complicated and displaying it in public. Also there is an indication towards not being happy in general whether it is his job, his colleagues or even the city. He comes off as an extreme carefree person who has no seriousness in his life.

Profile (2) reveals to his friends and family that he is a very respectful person who doesn't put unnecessary and private details on social media and is mindful of them. Also he appears to be a nice, successful person who is happy with his job, keeps working to make it better revealing that he is a hardworking individual who puts effort in whatever he has got or is doing.
