#. Basically I used to work in a private sector before the present job in the ICU . There was a huge shortage of staff and also resources . Some of the cultures that I have encountered here are :-

1. No opioid is used without physicians order in case when the patient is impulsive and requires restraint while in private we used to use it .

2. Proper availability of resources and medicines which was a huge problem in private organisation and make us to reuse things after washing it .

3. We cannot apply restraint to the impulsive patient without physicians order while we used to restrict patient in private organisation where I worked before .

4. Evidence based approach is used in providing care to the patient.
