Number of staff needs to be increased as the clinic is now cobined with a managed net work.more patient would come to your clinic as it is connected to other health system ,hospital or clinic.referral would be on increase.inorderto manage the patient overload it would be necessary to appoint staff.profit of the clinic wouls be automatically increased when number of patient increases through which finacial stability caould be maintained.
