A) Going public is always a choice and matter of the returns , once the stakes are too big for a loss. And financial situation right now is not so important, if the company's vision is clear and they have the track of the future expansions.

B) Some reasons maybe, they wan't to plug in more investments and to have less liabilities

C) Company require money to do a lot of things in advanced tech, every improvements needs money, lets say the content moderation, quality of the contents improvement, branding, expansion in third world country, marketing, legal registrations and issues.
