limiting reactant : It is the chemical substance that consumed totally in a reaction.

Now , from the balanced reaction

Mole ratio of NO and O2 = 2:1

So, 2.10 mol Nitrogen monoxide completely reacts with \frac{1}{2} × 2.10 = 1.05 mole oxygen.

But moles of oxygen = 2.30.

Hence, Nitrogen monoxide is totally consumed in the reaction.

So, limiting reactant is nitrogen monoxide.
