If you were advising a new start-up company regarding whether it should hire employees or independent contractors for its workforce, what would you tell them are the advantages of each?

Answer : Advantages of hiring an employee in an organization are :

  • In this the company decided when. , Where and how they should performed for your organization in the long run scanerio.
  • Employee work for a fixed working hours and even work more whenever needed.
  • Employee work for your organization so there attention is 100% dedicate to your work.
  • Works under the control and direction of an employer.
  • Hiring an employee provide better quality resulted and increasing growth of the business in long run.

Advantages of hiring an independent contractor to a new business are:

  • Provide fast result .As they are professional and they work according to there requirements.
  • Take only consultation fee . There is no need of fixed salary allowed to them.
  • Provide better and faster result as they are more knowledgeable.
  • Work according to there own working hours.
  • Provided result and don't want interference of an employer.

So it depends upon the need and fund available with an employer that they hired new employee or individual contractor.
