Steps to launch successful telemedicine program implementation in health care facility :-

1) Screening of community - first of all screening of area or community should be done. Before launching any program one should know what are the basic needs of that community. Should assess the needs of community. Ask from community what are their prime requirements.

2) Self assessment :- After analysing the needs of community we should asses our capabilities. Are we capable of fulfilling the needs of community?.

3)Goal of the program - There should be a proper goal of the program before implementation. Aware people about the benefits of the program. Define the purpose of program.

4) Advertisement - Before implementation of the program, there should be advertisement of program through various methods like nukkad natak, newspaper, poster etc.

5) Timeline for implementation -Proper timeline or deadline should be set for implementation of the program. Should select the timeline in which the program can be implemented.

6)Local and Administrative support - Before starting any program we should approach to local people and the government authorities of that region for implementation of the program. People should participate actively and voluntteerly, for this we need support of local authorities of that region.

7) Train providers- Training should be provide to people before implementation so that they train the people of community about the program in proper way.
