Healthcare sector is an area where professionals are usually multitasker to provide the best care to a sick patient. FOCUS PDCA is a way to improve the quality of a work by proper planning and implementation. It doesn't stops here whereas it is monitored, evaluated and the limitations, drawbacks are rectified on a continuous basis.

This technique can be applied by first identifying the filed which needs a makeover to be perfection.The problems has to be generally collected from the employees and it has to prioritized. Then plan for the highest need or a particular problems (focused) of the employee.Implement by appropriate training and getting regular feedback. Once the target is achieved evaluate the progress and work towards the continuous upliftment and progress.

The main result if this will be an improvement in the quality of healthcare delivered
