Yes, I will agree the nursing is inevitably tied to the greater issues of the women's movement through out the world.

Womens movement also known as Feminine movement or Feminism, and womens liberation movement.

* In these there is some reforms on issues those are Reproductive rights ,

* maternity leave benefits,

* Domestic violence,

* equal pay to the womans according to the men's,

* to get protective again sexual harassment and violence.

For these all issues there will be a political campaigns.

Nursing history is similar to the women's history.

Nurses are the professionals they are maintaining their roles beyand the wife and mother.

So the nursing is vital in women's movement.

So the success of women movement is depending on nursing.

Previously it was a feminine nursing, after the war males also entered in to volunteerly in nursing.

And demand also increasing for male nurses, as male care providers and advanced technology users.
