2. Look for the feedback: Feedback and opinions from frontline employees, often the ones who are directly affected by the day-to-day of the change, can help streamline the change and better set it up for success.

3. Communicate: This will help to know about the main hurdle in the organization the team or the staff members are facing. Communication helps to remove many problems and it avoids the misconception.

4.Encouragement: Moral boosting is essential at this stage where employees should not get bored or discouraged.

5. Implement Formal Recognition Programs: It shows employees how to enhance behavior and actions toward the upper management.
