Diagnosis
It is a condition that affects the blood and blood vessels. It leads to destruction of blood platelets, low RBCs and kidney failure due to damage to the very small blood vessels of the kidney
Pathophysiology
1) Ingestion of the strain of bacteria
2) Infection by Ecoli, shigella, salmonella
3) Combination of toxins from different strain of bacteria lead to HIS(one of the thrombotic microangiopathies)
4) Blood loss
