1.vaccine:

Vaccine involved in the production or improve a immunity againts the disease in our body.

Main action is to acceleration or stimulating the immunity.

Also helps in the recognize and destroy the foreign agents.

Vaccine works:

  • Weakened or dead disease bacteria introduced into the patient mainly by the injection.
  • In our body immune system, white blood cell triggered to produce antibodies against the disease or pathogen.
  • If patient encounters the disease later,antibodies neutralize the invading cells.

2.Disease still need effective vaccine:

Pertussis(whooping cough)

  • Respiratory tract illness.

But it still not to be effective in preventing the disease by vaccine.

Why thinks so?

Because it is easily spread from human to human,not eradicated in many countries.
