Osteoporosis is a bone disorder where the bone weakening happens whuch lead to broken bone.mainly bones are becoming weakened to such a degree that breakdown occurs.it is mainly occurs by a several no of factors.older adults can fall under the risk category.mainly female members of the family are at a greater risk than male members.usually after menopause the decrease level of estrogen hormone can give effect on formation of bone tissue than can weaken the bone to a extend level.other than that pcod surgery also can results in bone weakening.for men decrease level of testosterone at oldage is a risk factor to some extend.

Mainly counselling can play a possible role for preventing the risk factors of osteoporosis.vitamin d exposure and good lifestyle should be maintained by all family members.good nutritional food and possible exercise should be done by all the members of the family for reducing the chances of having osteoporosis.
