the three major healthcare challenges that we are facing are -

1. Healthcare staffing shortage - we are facing a large shortage of doctors and nurses in the respective fields. in many cases, qualified recruiters do not hire people in this profession because of lack of experience and do not have special skills that have been required for the particular job. instead we can give them proper training according to the organization to make them fit. this will reduce their shortage.
2. Expensive healthcare costs - the rising cost in the healthcare industry discourages patients from taking proper tests and follow ups which eventually end up in poor health outcome. we can take some steps to encourage patients for a better treatment like local price variation for poor people, reduce the number of unnecessary tests, etc.
3. Cybersecurity - from the year 2009-2018, many cases were there with the complaints of revealing their personal medical information. this resulted in emotional breakdown of patients and loss of trust in the healthcare industry. we can rebuild their trust by doing some of the very basic steps that needs to be properly managed like limiting the access of medical records to trusted users only, strict application development security protocols, a well managed centralized system in place, etc.
