* Progressive muscle reaction

            * It is a relaxation technique use to decrease muscle tone for reduce stress.

            * It is a two step procedure and the first step include systematically tense particular muscle

               groups like neck and shoulders in the body then release the tension and observe the effect

               when releasing them.

   Benefits.

           * Help to reduce anxiety and stress of a person.

           * Stmulate release of endorphines and other opioids which triggerpositive feeling in the body.

           * Used for the treatment of insomnia.

           * Used as a pain relieving measure.

           * Used in sports to provide muscle relaxation for improve perfomance.

           * Help to improve a persons ability to face critical situvations.

* Biofeedback.

           * It is a non pharmacological therapy in which people become learn to physiological functions

             of the body and able to manipulate them at will.

           * In this process electrical sensors are connected to persons body which help to receive

              receive information about body

           * Processes controlled by biofeedback include pain perception,muscle tone,heart rate,brainwaves.

Benefits.

   * Used to teach childern to obtain bladder control who pass urine invlountary during sleep.

   * Use to reduce muscle tone by contolling motor neurons and muscle fibers they control.
