Frustration-When people percieve that their goals may be blocked.
Conceptualization-occurs when a situation is interpreted in a different manner, which mainly includes different emphasis on what is important and what is not and different thoughts about what should occur next.
Action is a common behavioural response to a conflict which follows the conceptualization.
Outcome -both tangible and intangible consequences results from the action taken and have significant implications for work setting.
