It is a second degree AV block Type II

The image shows a constant PR interval with no or missing QRS complex formation .

There are more number of p waves

Here QRS complex is occurring UN specific pattern in ratio with p waves

There are three consecutive p waves

All this makes us identify it a 2°AV block Type 2 also called as Mobitz II
