1 . midstream urine collection is to avoid normal bacteria from the perineal area ,and to identify the exact disease causing bacteria.

Should wash perineal area before urination and only collect urine after urinating a little( to wash out bacteria)

2. urine analysis is the microscopic examination of urine ,which find out any crystal, cast, bacteria and white blood cells or red blood cells.

3. It can be detected easily from the first day of missed period. Earlier than this may show a false positive or false negative result. After conception, HCG level in the body increases steeply and this shows positive result in urine pregnancy test. HCG level is low in early stage,so result may not be accurate.

4.testing blood sugar level in home will ensure proper management of diabetis and prevent complications.

Patient can identify low blood sugar level or high blood sugar level if she or he feels any discomfort.

HbA1c test is used to find type 2diabetis mellitus or pre-diabetes. it can show an average blood sugar level in last 3 months.
