biological food hazard are those living organisms in food who can cause illness like viruses, bacteria, fungus etc in the food that causes food borne illnesses.
chemical include all chemicals that can be present in food and result in illnesses. For example natural occuring chemicals in certain fish species, corn, molluscan shellfish etc. or intentionally added chemicals like sodium nitrite as preservative in food etc.
obesogens are artifical chemicals that may be present in food and can cause obesity. These include certain chemicals (biphenol A etc) that may be present baby bottles, toys etc that activate estrogen receptors and may cause obesity by inducing hormonal change and fat gain.
