2.(Answer). = in out of them NaOH is inappropriate base because the Pka of conjugate acid of NaOH is very less so its weak base  while the pka of acetylene is very high which is require strong base to deprotonate while NaOH dont have sufficient base strength to deprotonate that is NaOH is inappropriate.
