Solution:

1) Soap contains both carboxylate ion hydrophilic head and long hydrocarbon containing hydrobhobic tail. In nonpolar solvents, the hydrobhobic tail of micelles extends away from the center and hydrophilic groups are sequestered in the  micelle core giving rise an energeticaly nonfavorable system.
