Diabetic mellitus not only a hormonal disease due to insulin hormone resisrance other various

diseases or genetic defects also act as a reason for diabetic mellitus it include,

                    * Destruction of beta cella of pancreas occur in case of type one diabetic melitus due to

                       genetic,immunologic and viral factors.

                    * In case of acromegally excessive growth hormone secretion occur which result in

                       lipolysis and gluconeogenesis leads to hyperglycemia and increased fatty acid levels

                       result in hyperinsulinemia which leads to diabetic mellitus.

                    * Cushing syndrome is a disease due to excess adrenocortical activity result impairment

                      in glucose metabolism leads to diabetic melitus.
