Answer #1

There may be two major factors affecting the severity of Left Ventricular Failure like:

  • Pumping system of the heart responsible for the ejection of the blood from the left ventricle, in the left ventricle failure this is reduced, and can generate IHD (ischaemic heart disease) and in the worsen case may be of MI(myocardial infarction or the heart attack), as the poor contraction of the ventricle may lead to poor cardiac output and may lead to the pulmonary congestion also and may develop the pulmonary odema which also develop the respiratory cardiac arrest.
  • The amount of the blood ejected in unit time from the left ventricle
  • Then the afterload it consider the force by which the left ventricle pump the blood around the body, if it is decreased the severity of Left Ventricular Failure increases
