Answer #1

Answer: Nurse practitioners, nurse educators, nurse researchers, nurse executives, and legal nurse consultants should not be considered advanced practice nurses because to become advanced practice nurse one has to hold at least a Master’s degree, in addition to the initial nursing education and licensing required for all Registered Nurses. There are many reasons why the other occupations are not considered them same because APRN category includes nursing practice, as well as certified registered nurse anesthetists, certified nurse-midwives and clinical nurse specialists. They are the one who gives the primary care to the patients and also specialty health care through assessment, treatment of illnesses and injuries, diagnosis and counseling.
