Answer: Childhood obesity has become most common among the children of the present generation. The obese condition make them more prone to the diseases which can turn to be chronic as they grow. It is important to intervene, analyse as well as evaluate the risk of the diseases to reduce the obesity. There are some methods and strategies which can be implemented to reduce the childhood obesity.

• Increase interest in sports: Children should be encouraged to play outdoor games which involves running, jumping etc. This will increase the physical activities and lowers the risk of obesity.
• Eliminate the caffeinated beverages: Any kind of beverage are harmful for the children. In the process of growth and development, these beverages cause more harm.
• Increase intake of fresh juice: This will increases the nutrients level in the children.
• Avoid junk foods: Fast foods should be avoided as it increases weight. Children should be encouraged to eat at home.
