Each and every place with humans in the world having diverse societies, ethnics, culture, religious, beliefs and faith. According to all this, people in this world having different lifestyles with another kind of environment they having and taking food as well. For all this, ecosystem of that place also balanced. But how about the diet?

Basically people used to eat what they like to eat the most. However for this reason also they fall to category of situation having unbalanced diet nowadays.

It is observing that culture and religion having great impact on the food taken by the people of different regions of the world. Like Hindus disbelief to eat meat as it is against their notion. They believe that all living things in this world having life as they get. So, they thought that they don't have any right to kill eat them as their lunch or dinner. They used to eat products came from animals like milk and they are usually vegetarians. So all this became consistent to used to plants consumption by them, whereas Muslim and Christian used to eat meat and other sea food as well. They believe that it is important for their diet. So to having high and instant energy. For example - sea food consisting calcium and other minerals for good growth and healthy diet of body.

Side-effects of Religion and Culture.

Sometimes, consumption of other living organisms made harder to survive with good health. For example, taking chicken meat leads to cause disease that is actually come from that chicken to the human body. Religion and culture leads to sometime permit over consumption of fresh water food that causes further ecosystem imbalance as well.

So, the religion and culture can influence to nation diet for both by positively and negatively as well. But there should be limit to every kind food consumption without wasting food and should be follow up the dietary requirements for them as well.
