Take for example, the number of health related visits to a hospital or to any healthcare provider. The people who aren't economically privileged find it difficult to come for repeat hospital visits because of repeated out of pocket expenditure, which can be quite a lot. The reason for it's existence is obvious. Low number of hospital visits esp after diagnosis has been made is directly related to mortality.
