Evaluation :
It is defined as it is outcome of patients progress or after nursing care plan she will implement the nursing interventions on clients and at last she will evaluate, like whether client recovered from problem or not.
* if not met the goals or patient not recovered she can re assess and re plan interventions and re evaluate.

* is there any arrhythmias or heart attack symptoms then go for oral sarbitrate and aspirin administration.
* this is the sequence.
* by these client recovers the nurse feels satisfy for her competency level.
* if not against she replans every thing.
* and these are the things she will follow by using evidenced based practices.
* so almost always all nurses will have competency skills, because they use rationalized practice to meet patient needs.
* on of the good process is nursing process to meet client needs in priority based.
* so compulsory she uses her competency levels and she will get good results in client needs.
* she will feel happy.
