1. Safe- Means the care which you are going to provide to patient, it should be safe all the time, you have to avoid patient from harm, so for this you have to be very skillfull in your work.

2- Effective- Care should be effective and should be based on evidence based practice, which will be more effective, because if care is not effective so there is no mean to provide it to patient.

3- Patient centered- Care should be always patient centered, means you have to put in mind condition of patient, cooperation of patient during providing care to patient, in this sometime you have to be empathetic towards the patient.

So these are majoe three domains for demonstrating excellence in health care, there are other domains also like, Timely(care should be timely given to patient)

Efficient( efficiency should be there in patient care)
