Answer: Nursing is a life long learning profession. Nurse indulge themselves in providing quality of care to the patients. But nursing profession faces many challenges. Some of the challenges are:

  • In the nursing profession, nurse has to undergo various exams to achieve better job.
  • During the practice, the nurse suffers from burnout due to excessive workload.
  • Less compensation are provided to the nurses as compared to the other professionals.
  • There are always risk of workplace hazards.
