Answer: Nurse plays major role in the life of patients. Nurse improves the health conditions, promote health and prevent further disease. The Nurse faces major problems in the healthcare settings. Some of the problems are:

• Less staff: Due to lack of staff, the workload of the Nurse increases. Hence they need to work for extra hours which causes burnout among nurses. This also directly affects the quality care provided to the patients. The Nurse did not get proper rest which disturbs their mental health. This increases the chances of medical errors which reduces treatment and care provided to patients.
• Abuse: Most of the time nursing professionals faces abuse, mental of physical. Sometimes patients behave rudely with the nurses which increases problems for the Nurse.
• Handling mentally disturbed patients: The mentally disturbed patient usually harm nurses as this causes physical injury to the Nurse. Some of the patients become violent and hence this directly affects the patient care.
