Introduction:
Personal health and wellness of individuals interconnected with mind, spirit, and body. A healthy body will balance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. A healthy mind makes a healthy body and balance energy.
Our beliefs, feelings, thoughts, and attitudes positively and negatively affect our biological functioning. The healthy body says how healthy our mind is. Our emotional stress, sadness, anxiety affect the entire body. emotional health is aware of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Healthy ways to cope with stress and problem are the normal part of life. physical body impacts our mental state.
Our peripheral system, endocrine and immune system responsible for emotional response and have chemicals that interconnect each one. Mental status can be conscious and unconscious. our mental anxiety produces stress hormones. Western countires looking body and mind in a two different direction.
Research focuses on medical and mental ability can be balanced one another by various practices. For example yoga, meditation, mindfulness, mind-body practice deal with physical health and mental state of well being. because the chemical balance of the brain works with the mind and body. Yoga posture calms down the body and stimulates the brain.
Religious and spiritual beliefs and practices provide a physiological, behavioral and cognitive mechanism for coping with stress and physical-mental illness. It is a spiritually healthy as a protective resource and preventing the development of the disease. non-western culture holistic approach for illness interconnect mind, body, and spirit.
Conclusion:
the way we think, breathe, eat and drink and talk focus on mindfulness and helps us to interconnect mind-body and help us to stay healthy.
