Civil case is defined when plaintiff claims that defendant has failed to carry legal duty. Parties involved are plaintiff and defenddant under court judges judgement. Cases are carried in bithvstate snd federal courts. Bursen of proof includes preponderance of evidence. Civil cases include Breach of Contract.

Criminal law includes kind of sexual assault. Here burden of proof includes clear evidence and and accused must be guilty of crime beyond reasonable doubt.

The law of crimes and punishment fall under criminal law. The plaintiff and defendant and The Court Judge form the involved parties.
