1. Temperature in K = temeprature in Celsius + 273 = 45 + 273 = 318 K

2. Copper has a lower heat capacity than water, meaning that lesser heat is needed to bring the same temperature change in copper than water.

3. Calories per gram of fat = 9 cal

Grams of fat = total calories / 9 = 270 / 9 = 30 g of fat
