Yes I agree with above the statement.

Because in some work place organizations gender inequality is existing.

Possible causes of this gender inequality in work place organizations :

* gender inequality is depending on perceptions of individuals due to their gender.

* these are mainly due to or causes for these includes

1. biology norms,

2.cultural norms

3. Psychology norms.

Biological norms means, genetic composition of living organisms, according to this almost all males have more energy during doing any work in organizations.

And they only have capacity to do some types of works.

Ex: in welding shops only males works effectively.

Cultural norms : some of the religious beliefs may not allow woman to work in some organizations.

Like as a woman they should not do that work.

Due to negative attitudes towards the woman they won't allow to work equally.

Ex. Working in maturies , due to some religion believes, families will no accept to women.

3. Psychological norms : some of the psychological feelings of women like I won't have that much capacity to do that work, and it is only done by males, like that type of feelings also may degrade the woman.

4. and also some of the human resources policies also may cause for gender inequality.

Suggestions to over come gender inequality :

* with out any partiality we need to allow all adolescent girls and womens work in the organization.

* allow mobile phones to womens in organizations, to improve security and technology.

* and they use this phones to call for security in emergency situation.

* encourage the patients allow to girls to out side work.

* women empowerment should be follow.

* stop child marriages and sexual harassment in work place organizations.

* empower the mothers.

* provide equality in Education.

* togetherness of work should be improved.

* by encouraging woman in to nontraditional job settings.

* by giving some powers to womens also they can work well.

* and give importantance equally for all man and womans work.

These are the suggestion will overcome the gender inequalities.

Report for gender inequality :

Example : when I went for interview in a corporate hospital , they conducted exam and selected both males and females.

* so I asked for posting in operation theater.

* but the head of the department was not given opurtunity to work in OT.

* because Iam in short stature and lean

* these is one of the biological norms and HR policy.

* they given importance to male brothers to work in OT, because of their physical appearance.

So it is one of gender inequality in my life.

And also some times the organizations will not allow married, woman in the job, because some of biological norms like, pregnancy and lactation.

* so that type of mothers also they need to allow, if they have capacity to work.

* and provide some benefits according to their needs, so all womens also can work equally to man's.
