Incremental cash flow (ICF) = Q'*(P'-v') - Q*(P-v) where Q' = 1,230; P' = 158; v' = 128; Q = 1,200; P = 155; v = 125

= 1,230*(158-128) - 1,200*(155-125) = 900

Cost of new policy = [PQ + Q*(v'-v) + v'*(Q'-Q)]

= [(155*1,200) + 1,200*(128-125) + 128*(1,230-1,200)] = 193,440

NPV = -cost + PV of ICF = -193,440 + 900/0.58% = -38,267.59
