The decentralised economy and widespread diaspora is largely attributed to growing diversified population from different counfries in America, rising proliferation of universitues and job opportunities and most importantly rock bottom real estate pricing in some areas which jas led to this phenomenon.

Monocentric behaviour thus has demolished due to lack of spaces for recreation activities, leisure and commercial activities and residential spaces and thus large scale aggregation of zones have led to collapse of Monocentricity.

European policies like affordable housing, easyclearances and licenses for infrastructure development, urban densification laws, higher tax subsidies all have created enough sprawl. However recent proposals like heavy levies on multiple real estates property, environmental zone clearance, high cost and delay of land acquisition and stricter pollution norms have reduced sprawl or geographical expansion.
