In night shift is one of the most frequent reason for disruption of circadian rhythms causing significant alteration of sleep and biological fuctions then can affect physicaland psychological well being and negatively impact work performance

OBJECTIVE; The aim of the sutdy is highlihgt if shift work with nights as compared with the day work only, is associated with the risk factors predisposing nurse to poor health condition and job satisfaction

METHODS; Do the data analysis though the standard shift work index or some other way to collect the comparison reports.then finalise the reports

conclusion ; will be include shift work ,night work ,health, performance . sleep disorder and job satisfaction of nurse
