1. ANS: The three-lifestyle changes that I make to reduce risk of developing an infectious disease is eating healthier, exercise, and no smoking/drinking. I can encourage my family and partner to follow my eating pattern. Have them come exercise with me like for example, we all go on a hiking trail.

2. ANS: Pathogen is a bacterium, virus, or other microorganism that can cause disease. When someone says a pathogen is particularly virulent, they mean the degree of pathogenicity within a group or species of parasites as indicated by case fatality rates and/or the ability of the organism to invade the tissues of the host. An antigen is a toxin or other foreign substance that induces an immune response in the body, especially the production of antibodies. An antibody is a blood protein produced in response to and counteracting a specific antigen.

3. ANS: The difference between active and passive immunity is a vaccine a substance that contains the antigen can induce active immunity. Generally vaccination artificially produces passive immunity and it is also called as vaccine induced immunity (Weakened or attenuated pathogen was introduced).
