Q 01.According to the acceptable macronutrient s distribution range,20%-35% of the total calories intake should come from fat, if Marcus is on 3500 kilocalorie diet, howmany kilocalories should be obtaine from dietary fat.

Ans.

The acceptance macronutrients distribution fat range is 20%-35% of the total calories.

Total calories intake by Marcus is 3500 killocalories.

So 20% of 3500 killocalories is=20/100×3500=700 killocalories

And 35% of 3500 killocalories is=35/100×3500=1175 killocalories

So Marcus is obtaine 700-1175 killocalories from dietary fat.
