Older adults a fragile population groups who needs support and caring hands, but to ensure this a communication is necessary here.Today it is applied in Nursing care for older adults by good eye contact, soft clear audible speaking, visual communication, allowing them to the talk with adequate time.

It is important in the following way

• Encourage patients to speak out their problems
• To create a feeling of safe and secure environment
• Gives the adult population to participate in group activities and mingle with others or strangers with confidence.
